Mobile Terms of Service

The Dark Harvest mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Dark Harvest (“Dark Harvest,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).

We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Program Description

By opting into the Service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages from Dark Harvest at the mobile telephone number you provided.

Messages may include information about Dark Harvest events, tickets, promotions, discounts, special offers, event updates, and other marketing communications.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Dark Harvest and to messages you send to Dark Harvest. Contact your wireless carrier for questions regarding your text or data plan.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any Dark Harvest text message.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from Dark Harvest unless you opt in again.

If you subscribe to multiple Dark Harvest messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately where required.

4. Help

For assistance with the Service, reply HELP to any Dark Harvest text message or contact us using the contact information provided on the Dark Harvest website.

5. Supported Carriers

The Service may not be available through all wireless carriers or on all devices. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside of Dark Harvest’s control.

6. Eligibility

You must be the authorized user of the mobile number provided or otherwise have permission to enroll that number in the Service.

You agree to provide a valid mobile telephone number and to notify Dark Harvest if you discontinue use of that number or transfer it to another person.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the Service will be handled in accordance with the Dark Harvest Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Service

Dark Harvest may change the short code, telephone number, sender identification, or other method used to operate the Service.

If this occurs, messages sent to a previous number or sender, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received.
